Privacy Policy
Veyra VPN · Effective July 7, 2026
Veyra VPN ("Veyra", "we", "us") provides a virtual private network (VPN) application for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information we do and do not collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using Veyra VPN you agree to this policy.
Our no-logs commitment
Veyra VPN is built to protect your privacy. We do not collect, monitor, log, or store:
- Your browsing history, DNS queries, or the contents of your traffic
- The websites, apps, or services you connect to through the VPN
- Your original IP address after your session ends
- Bandwidth logs tied to your identity
The VPN tunnel uses the WireGuard® protocol. Traffic passing through our servers is not recorded.
Information we do process
To operate the service, we process the minimum necessary data:
- Subscription status. When you subscribe, Google Play provides us a purchase token. We send it to Google's billing API to verify that your subscription is active. We store the purchase token, product ID, and expiry date to grant access. We never receive or store your payment-card details — all payments are handled by Google Play.
- Server connection state (transient). While connected, our servers temporarily process the data needed to route your traffic (for example an assigned internal VPN IP). This is not written to persistent logs and is discarded when your session ends.
- Diagnostic data. If the app fails to connect, it may send a generic error to our server so we can keep the service running. These messages do not contain your browsing activity.
How we use information
- To provide and maintain the VPN service
- To verify and manage your subscription when applicable
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the service
- To diagnose technical problems
- To show advertisements that support the free service
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising
The free version of Veyra VPN shows Google AdMob ads (for example when you connect or disconnect). Google and its partners may use advertising identifiers and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (Google → Ads).
Google Play billing
If paid subscriptions are offered, they are processed by Google Play. Your purchase, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Google Play's terms and privacy policy. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions.
Data sharing
We share data only with:
- Google Play — to verify subscriptions when applicable (purchase token only).
- Google AdMob — to serve and measure ads in the free app.
- Our hosting provider — the servers that run the service and database.
- Legal authorities — only if required by valid legal process. Because we do not keep activity logs, we cannot provide browsing data we never collected.
Data retention
Subscription records are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and fraud prevention, then deleted. Transient connection data is not retained.
Security
Traffic is encrypted using the WireGuard® protocol. Communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold.
Children
Veyra VPN is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access or delete the limited data we hold about you. Contact us at ceoauroral@gmail.com to make a request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
